Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Your right to opt out

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights under state privacy law: — Right to know — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and information about how we use and share it. — Right to delete — request that we delete your personal information, subject to the retention exceptions in Section 4. — Right to correct — request that we fix inaccurate information. — Right to opt out of sale or sharing — direct us not to provide your information to a contractor in exchange for payment. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right. Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your information for that browsing session, where the law of your state requires it.

How to make a request

How to exercise these rights: email us at jaden.nicholls@ironwooddigitalmarketing.com, or use the request page at /do-not-sell. Tell us what you are asking for and give us the name, email address, or phone number you used, so we can find your records. We will verify that the request comes from you — normally by confirming control of the email address or phone number on the record — and respond within the time required by the law that applies to you. Authorized agents: where your state's law permits, an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf. We may require proof of the authorization and verification of your identity. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our response, and where your state provides one, you may contact your state attorney general.
