PRIVACY POLICY

Ironwood Digital LLC Version 1.0 · Effective 2026-08-12 · Last updated 2026-08-12 This website is operated by Ironwood Digital LLC, an Ohio limited liability company ("we," "us," "our"). This policy explains what information we collect on this website, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. This website helps homeowners request home-service work. When you submit a request, we match it to one contractor and pass your information to that contractor so they can contact you. That transfer is the purpose of this website, and this policy describes it plainly.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us When you submit a request through our form, we collect: — your first and last name; — your phone number; — your email address; — the ZIP code where the work is located; — the type of service and equipment you selected; — anything you type into the optional comments field. The comments field is free text. Please do not enter information we have not asked for — such as health, financial, or government-ID information — because anything you type there is stored with your request and passed to the contractor. Information collected automatically When you use this website, we automatically collect: — your IP address; — your browser and device information (the "user agent"); — the page you submitted a request from, the page you arrived on, and the site that referred you; — campaign parameters in the web address, where present; — a session identifier and measurements of how you used the page, such as time on page and session duration; — whether your browser sent a Global Privacy Control signal. When you submit a request, we also record the date and time of your submission, the version of the consent statement displayed to you, and the manner in which consent was given. We keep these records to document your consent. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, and we do not run third-party advertising or social-media trackers on this website.

2. How we use your information

We use the information above to: — match your request to one contractor and deliver your contact details and job description to that contractor, so they can contact you — this is the core function of the website; — keep records of your consent to be contacted; — prevent fraudulent, automated, or duplicate submissions; — operate, measure, and improve the website; — comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests; — enforce our Terms of Use and protect our rights. We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not send you marketing.

3. Who we share your information with

One contractor When you submit a request, your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, service details, and comments are provided to one contractor matched to your request. Your request is not sold or distributed to multiple companies, is not placed in an auction, and is not shared with additional contractors afterward. We receive payment from contractors for these introductions. Under some state privacy laws, providing your information to a contractor in exchange for payment is considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. Section 6 explains your right to opt out. Contractors are independent businesses. They are contractually required to use your information only to contact you about your request and to perform work you engage them for, and they are prohibited from selling it or adding you to unrelated marketing lists. Once your information is in a contractor's hands, their own privacy practices also apply. Service providers We use a small number of companies to run this website — hosting, database, form-delivery (text and email), and payment infrastructure. They process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. Legal and safety We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order; to protect the rights, safety, or property of any person; or in connection with a sale, merger, or reorganization of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply to information already collected. We do not share your information with anyone else.

4. How long we keep information

We keep lead submissions and the associated consent records for as long as needed to document the consent given and to meet legal record-keeping obligations, after which they are deleted or de-identified. Website measurement data is kept in identifiable form only as long as needed for the purposes above. If you ask us to delete your information (Section 6), we will do so except where we are required or permitted to retain it — for example, records documenting your consent, which we may retain as evidence.

5. Your choices about being contacted

Consent to be contacted by a contractor is not a condition of using this website or of any purchase. To stop contact from a contractor: reply STOP to any text message, or tell the contractor directly. You may also contact us at jaden.nicholls@ironwooddigitalmarketing.com and we will record your request and not route any future submission from you to a contractor. Withdrawing consent applies going forward. It does not undo a delivery that already happened, but the contractor remains obligated to honor your request to stop.

6. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights under state privacy law: — Right to know — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and information about how we use and share it. — Right to delete — request that we delete your personal information, subject to the retention exceptions in Section 4. — Right to correct — request that we fix inaccurate information. — Right to opt out of sale or sharing — direct us not to provide your information to a contractor in exchange for payment. How to exercise these rights: email us at jaden.nicholls@ironwooddigitalmarketing.com, or use the request page at /do-not-sell. Tell us what you are asking for and give us the name, email address, or phone number you used, so we can find your records. We will verify that the request comes from you — normally by confirming control of the email address or phone number on the record — and respond within the time required by the law that applies to you. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right. Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your information for that browsing session, where the law of your state requires it. Authorized agents: where your state's law permits, an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf. We may require proof of the authorization and verification of your identity. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our response, and where your state provides one, you may contact your state attorney general.

7. Children

This website is for adults arranging home services. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted information through this website, contact us at jaden.nicholls@ironwooddigitalmarketing.com and we will delete it.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including access controls on our systems. No website can guarantee perfect security, and you submit information at your own discretion.

9. Visitors from outside the United States

This website is intended for use in the United States, and the services described on it are available only in the United States. Information you submit is processed and stored in the United States.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the current version, and prior versions are retained in our records. Material changes will be reflected on this page before they take effect.
